National Grading Scheme

Note that for the purposes of the National Grading Scheme,
each match is graded separately, where the Standard of
your opponents [SOpp]’ is the average of the two grades of
your opponents for that match. Your SOpp for the event as a
whole is the average of these match SOpps.

Results will be uploaded to the EBU web-site as soon as
possible following the conclusion of each session.

The Bridgemate App

At app-enabled events, results are uploaded to the
Bridgemate app server every few seconds. Results are
available to players who’ve downloaded the app on a match-
by-match basis. Next-round assignments are available via
the app guide card once they’ve been determined by the
scoring program.

Note that each session of a mutli-session event will appear
as an independent event in your app.

The app treats the event as if it were a normal, match-
pointed event. However, the app’s score card provides an
overall percentage for each round [i.e. match], and in
conjunction with the table on page 2 of this booklet, this
allows the VP score for the match to be determined.
