Oxfordshire Bridge Association
The Association is delighted to welcome you to this highly
popular annual event. Our Chief TD is Stephen Brown,
aided by Gary Conrad, Ian Mitchell and John Rowe.
There is a trophy for the winners of the Swiss Pairs. Cash
prizes will be awarded to the top four pairs, the leading non-
expert pair, and the Swiss Pairs Session 2 ascenders. Exact
amounts will depend on size of entry and will be announced
on the day. There will also be wine prizes each round
(except the last) for the highest net score, no more than one
per pair.
Note that for the purposes of the National Grading Scheme,
each match is graded separately, where the Standard of
your opponents ‘[SOpp]’ is the average of the two grades of
your opponents for that match. Your SOpp for the event as a
whole is the average of these match SOpps.
