The capabilities of Bridgemates are constantly augmented
by the release of updated software and firmware.
The latest release of Bridgemate software [v3.7.6] and
firmware [v3.1] is now available by download via the Support
section of our website. Recently-added facilities that clubs
may be interested in include:
• specific support for teams and imp-scored events
• the ability to modify and/or add player names at any
stage in an event
• the ability to instigate a TD Call at the Bridgemate.
Calls are reported on the scoring computer, notified
to Directors using the Bridgemate app, and alerted
instantly on TD Pagers
Results from today’s event, including analysed hand
records, are being uploaded to the Bridgemate app. You will
be able to see the detailed results of a 7-board match via
app club MCC Bridge Society once you’ve completed it.
Please don’t use the app in the vicinity of tables still in play.
The app isn’t VP-aware, but it is able to score boards in
cross-imp format.
