Swiss Pairs

The event is open to all pairs eliminated from the
Championship Swiss pairs, together with new entrants
joining the event at this stage.

Prizes for this congress were discontinued several years
ago in exchange for reduced entry fees; there are no prizes
for the Swiss Pairs.

Note that for the purposes of the National Grading Scheme,
each match is graded separately, where the Standard of
your opponents [SOpp]’ is the average of the two grades of
your opponents for that match. Your SOpp for the event as a
whole is the average of these match SOpps.

The results will be uploaded to www.ebu.co.uk as soon as
possible following the conclusion of each session, and will
also be available match by match via the Bridgemate app.
