Scarborough Summer Congress Swiss Pairs

This is a 2-day event, comprising twelve 7-board matches
as follows:

• Saturday 2.00pm – 5.45pm [matches 1-4]
• Saturday 8.00pm – 10.45pm [matches 5-7]
• Sunday 11.00am – 4.30pm [matches 8-12],

with a short break during the Sunday session.

The event is scored on a current-round basis, i.e. your
opponents for each round are determined by your overall
score at the end of the round just completed. Your next-
round assignments are notified via your Bridgemate [press
OK when instructed by the Director]. Results and
assignments will be uploaded to the Bridgemate app.

Each board is match-pointed across the field, and each
pair’s percentage for the seven boards is converted into VPs
using the scale printed below the score summary table at
the back of this booklet.

Level 4 systems may be employed. Green points, awarded
for matches won or drawn, and to the leading section of the
field as ranking points, will be direct-credited.
