Berks & Bucks CBA GP Swiss Pairs

Today’s event comprises seven 7-board rounds, and is
assigned on a current-round basis, i.e. your opponents for
each round are determined by your overall score at the end
of the round just completed. Your next-round opponents are
notified via your Bridgemate, and results will be uploaded to
the Bridgemate app [wifi permitting].

The event starts at 11:00am. You will play three matches,
then there will be a break of thirty minutes, followed by the
remaining four matches. We expect to finish at around
6:30pm.

Green points for matches won or drawn plus ranking points
will be awarded according to EBU scales, and will be direct-
credited. Level 4 systems may be used.

Each board is match-pointed across the field, and each
pair’s percentage for the seven boards is converted into VPs
using the scale below.
